Existing Clients

Existing clients with a live trading account can apply for “HoB Card” directly from my.houseofborse.com

  • Log into my.houseofborse.com and click on “HoB Card”
  • Complete the application form and state the address to which you would like the card be sent
  • Client Services will review and approve your application
  • Once approved your card will be dispatched to you within one working day. A 40 USD fee will be charged to your trading account upon approval of the card.

New Clients

If you are a new client, simply apply for a live account, submit the required documentation and your card approval can then be processed from there.

  • Complete the online Live Account application form
  • Submit the required documents (colour copy of your ID or passport and proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill. Proof of residence should not be older than 3 months)
  • A USD 40 charge will be deducted from your trading account upon approval of your HOB card.

Using your HoB Prepaid Card

You can use your prepaid card in over 200 countries and 35 million locations worldwide, including at ATM’s for cash withdrawals and making in-store and online purchases. This card is not a credit card so there is no danger of accumulating debt or carrying interest.
You will be able to track your transactions via “my.houseofborse.com” Once logged in you’ll be able to view the cards card balance, transaction history and generally manage your card.
You should receive your card to your delivery address within 10-15 working days depending on location. To ensure the safe delivery of the card we always use a reliable courier service provider. There is a USD 60 fee for this service (fee subject to possible change).

Once your HoB Card application has been approved you will receive a notification email from Client Services informing you your card is in the mail and it should arrive within 10-15 business days. You will receive a temporary password associated with your account, which you must change after the first time you log in.

For transfer requests made before 3pm on any working day we aim to process the request on the same day. For requests made after 3pm on any working day the transfer will be processed by the end of the next working day.
